Spring Chopped Salad
1 (15 oz.) can Liebers corn
1 (14 oz.) can Liebers hearts of palm, diced
1/4 cup Liebers gherkins, diced
1 red pepper, seeded and diced
2 scallions, ends trimmed and diced
2 cups snow peas, diced
1/4 cup Liebers avocado oil
1/4 cup Liebers vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sumac
Tortilla chips for serving
Add all your vegetables to a bowl.
Top with the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and sumac.
Allow to sit for 15 minutes in the fridge before serving for best results.
