Dip Dot Kiss Cookies

Dip Dot Kiss Cookies 

  • 2 sticks of butter or vegan butter, room temperature 

  • 2 cups flour 

  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar 

  •  A pinch of kosher salt 

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 

  • 10 oz chocolate, melted 

  • Sprinkles of choice 

  1. In a bowl or bag, mix the butter, flour, confectionery sugar, vanilla, and salt until a dough forms. 

  2. Roll the dough into balls the size of a marble. You can also cut the end of your bag and pipe the dough. Place onto a sheet pan lined with parchment. Press down with the tines of a fork. 

  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°F or until lightly golden. 

  4. Allow the cookie to cool, then dip half of it into the melted chocolate. Allow some of it to drip off before dipping it into your sprinkles. 

  5. Allow to set and enjoy
