Deli Roll

  • 2 puff pastry sheets thawed and rolled thin

  • 1 package corned beef slices

  • 1 package pastrami slices

  • 1 package turkey slices

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup duck sauce

  • 1 egg

  • Sesame seeds

  1. In a bowl whisk the Mayo, duck sauce and Dijon. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the sauce on the side for later.

  2. Divide the meat packages into two.

  3. Spread the Mayo mixture over the puff pastry and layer a few slices of corned beef, then fold the puff pastry over to cover.

  4. Then lay a few slices of pastrami and fold the puff pastry over to cover. Finally lay a few slices of turkey and fold the puff pastry over to cover . Pinch the seams and tuck the ends under the roll. Lay seam side down on a baking sheet. Repeat for a second load.

  5. Add the reserved tablespoon of sauce to your egg and whisk together. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
