Best Brownies Ever
½ cup flour
2 tablespoons prepared coffee (1 teaspoon granules in 6 oz water)
1 cup sugar
⅔ cup Dutch cocoa powder, sifted
3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted
½ cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
½ cup neutral oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugars, cocoa, and salt. Add in the chocolate chips, eggs, oil, vanilla, and mix to integrate.
Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 325°F for 40-45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar if desired.
