Cinnamon Roll Milkshake
Syrup:
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup Skim Plus Milk
A pinch of salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Milk shake:
3 cups vanilla Ice cream
¼ cup Skim Plus Milk
¼ cup brown sugar syrup plus more for drizzling
Toppings:
Whipped cream
Frosting
Demerara or raw sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Chopped white chocolate
Place the syrup ingredients into a pot and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat. Reduce and continue stirring until the mixture reduces and the sugar dissolves, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat to cool
Coat your glass in frosting. Mix the sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate on a plate. Press your glass into the toppings to allow them to stick to the frosting.
Drizzle extra brown sugar syrup on the sides of the glass. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Place all of the milkshake ingredients in high speed blender. Blend until smooth on high speed. Add in the milkshake into the glass.
Top with whipped cream and any extra chocolate sugar mixture.
To prepare this in advance make the milkshake and syrup as instructed. Place in a container in the freezer. About two hours before serving remove from the freezer and place on the counter. Use a spoon to break it down every 20-30 minutes. Once it melts to desired consistency, prepare as instructed above.
