Smoked Salmon Carpaccio

Smoked Salmon Carpaccio 

  • 1 package smoked salmon of your choice 

  • ½ cup arugula 

  • 1 jalapeno, diced 

  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced 

  • 1 radish cut into matchsticks 

  • Zest and juice of 1 lime

  • Olive oil 

  • ½ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds 

  • ½ teaspoon sumac

  • Flaky salt 

  • Rose petals (optional)

  • Crackers for serving 

  1. Lay out your salmon on the platter in a ruffled pattern. 

  2. Top with arugula, jalapeno, shallots, and radish. 

  3. Drizzle with lime juice, zest and olive oil. 

  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds, sumac, flaked salt and rose petals, if using,

  5. Serve with crackers
