Croutons

  • 2 cups diced day old bread

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  1. Lay the bread cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. Mix the oil with the spices and pour over your croutons. Toss to coat.

  3. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes stirring to ensure even cooking halfway through.

  4. Remove from oven once golden on all sides and allow to cool before using.
