Rosemarie Pie
1 pie crust
2 bars truffle chocolate (Rosemarie or Torino)
1/2 stick (4 Tbsp) vegan butter
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Instructions:
Bake your pie crust at 350 °F for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Set aside to cool.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl for 1 minute, stir and add the vegan butter or margarine. Melt for 30 more seconds until melted.
Add in the vanilla salt sugar corn syrup and flour. Mix until integrated.
Add in the egg and mix until combined.
Pour into your prepared pie crust. Bake 350° F for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling. Remove and allow to cool completely.
