Chia pudding Variety
Base:
½ cup milk of choice
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla
Chocolate raspberry:
¼ cup raspberries, smashed
1 tbsp dutch cocoa powder
Chocolate chips
Citrus:
Zest of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 orange
Zest of 1 lime
Tropical:
2 tbsp diced mango
2 tbsp diced persimmon,pineapple or papaya
2 tsp coconut flakes
(use coconut milk)
Directions:
Mix base ingredients together. Add in your additions of choice.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy cold
