Pantry Scraps Granola
1 cup oats
1 cup rice crispies
1 cup pecans, chopped
½ cup hazelnuts
3 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds (combine black and white)
2 tablespoons flax seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ cup coconut sugar
½ cup almond flour
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon salt
1 egg white whipped until frothy
Mix all the ingredients together and lay on a 9 inch baking sheet lined with parchment.
Press down with a cup or measuring cup so its pressed in.
Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes then turn the pan and bake for another 20 minutes until crisp and cooked through. Allow to cool before slicing into chonks
