Pantry Scraps Granola

  • 1 cup oats 

  • 1 cup rice crispies 

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped 

  • ½ cup hazelnuts 

  • 3 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds (combine black and white)

  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds 

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 

  • ½ cup coconut sugar

  • ½ cup almond flour 

  • ½ cup maple syrup 

  • ¼ cup oil 

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 

  • ½ teaspoon salt 

  • 1 egg white whipped until frothy 

  1.  Mix all the ingredients together and lay on a 9 inch baking sheet lined with parchment. 

  2. Press down with a cup or measuring cup so its pressed in. 

  3. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes then turn the pan and bake for another 20 minutes until crisp and cooked through. Allow to cool before slicing into chonks
