S’mores Mousse

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • A pinch of salt

  • 10 oz. Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

  • 1/2 cup nougat spread

  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

  1. In a high power blender, add the coconut milk, vanilla, salt, and chocolate.

  2. Blend on high speed for about 2 minutes until all ingredients are integrated and frothy.

  3. Pour into cups or dish. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.

  4. Add a teaspoon of nougat spread into each cup or over the surface of your mousse.

  5. Top with marshmallow fluff. Toast with a blowtorch or under the broiler. Keep an eye on it because it burns quickly.

  6. Return to the fridge for another 2 hours before serving
