S’mores Mousse
1 can coconut milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
A pinch of salt
10 oz. Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup nougat spread
1 cup marshmallow fluff
In a high power blender, add the coconut milk, vanilla, salt, and chocolate.
Blend on high speed for about 2 minutes until all ingredients are integrated and frothy.
Pour into cups or dish. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Add a teaspoon of nougat spread into each cup or over the surface of your mousse.
Top with marshmallow fluff. Toast with a blowtorch or under the broiler. Keep an eye on it because it burns quickly.
Return to the fridge for another 2 hours before serving
