Air Fryer Sticky Soy Chicken 

  • 1 package chicken thighs, boneless with skin on (4 pieces)

  • 3-4 cloves garlic 

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil 

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt 

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes or per preference

  • Sliced scallions and sesame seeds for topping

  1. Stir the ingredients together besides the chicken. Add to a ziploc bag or container and turn the chicken to ensure it is coated. 

  2. Marinate for 4 hours or up to overnight. 

  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F. Spray the air fryer rack with cooking spray and lay your chicken on top. Reserve the marinade. Cook for 25-30 minutes stopping every 10 minutes to brush the marinade on top. 

  4. Remove from the air fryer and allow to sit at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving
