Uncrustables

1 loaf white bread 

  • 1 jar peanut or preferred nut butter 

  • 1 jar jelly 

  • 1 container cream cheese 


  1. Lay out your sliced bread and spread your “drier” spread (peanut butter or cream cheese) in a thin layer on the surface of the two slices. 

  2. Place the wetter filling in the center of one of the slices directly over the “drier” spread. Take caution not to overfill. 

  3. Close the sandwich and use a cookie cutter or glass to create the shape desired. 

  4. Using a sandwich/pie crimper or your fingers press the ends together until the sandwich is sealed off. 

  5. Store in labeled bags in the freezer until you are ready to use them on summer fun trips or camp lunch!
