Parmesan Potatoes

1 lb mini potatoes, halved 

  • 1 stick of butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon paprika 

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder 

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder 

  • ¼ cup parmesan 


  1. In a sheet pan covered with parchment place the butter in an oven at 400 F 

  2. Once the butter is melted, approximately 5 minutes take it out and spread over the pan. 

  3. Layer the spice and parmesan and add the potatoes. Toss with the potatoes and ensure the potatoes are cut side down. 

  4. Top with some remaining parmesan. 

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
